I always knew from an early age I wanted to be an artist. Then we had a Career Counselor come to our middle school to see what courses we wanted to enrol in for high school (I'm from Canada) and as soon as I saw you could make money as an artist, Commercial Artist (what they were called back then), then I knew that was the path, "LIGHT BULB MOMENT", for me. And even though since moving to the UK 20 years ago, no one would hire me as a Graphic Designer/Art Director, I'm still in love with graphics and freelance instead. It's in my blood and soul, creating is my life air...I gotta do it to be happy and survive!
