Banking not connecting

Hi,
Not sure if anyone else is having a problem, but my account is not connecting to my bank account, does not seem to be anyway to manually refresh. Can anyone help?

Hi John, thanks very much for letting us know and sorry for any frustration.

We have this article on how to re-authenticate but you shouldn't need it yet as you won't have had your first transactions yet.

It'll likely work if you check again on Monday, as you'll have had your first import by then.

Hi Tom,

Just checked and still not working, there is obviously some sort of technical issue. I have reconnected at Crunch and my bank several times and still not working. Last update was 01.11.2021. I bank with Starling.

Can you help please?

Hi @TomFromCrunch . Is bank account a systemic issue, or does id depend on individual set ups? I noticed my Starling account hasn't connected since 19th Nov, and the only way to get new transactions is to re-authenticate as you describe above. Thanks. Chris.

Hiya Chris - If your bank account's earliest transactions were older than 90 days when you reconnected, then an import should have taken place immediately.

If not, you'll most likely have an import on Sunday night. This article explains more.
