New business wages advice needed!!

Hi all, new to this platform and am in the process of setting up a small street food style takeaway food business. I'm struggling to find information online regarding the average cost to a small business for hiring staff and would appreciate any pointers as to where I'd find the information, or if anyone has first-hand average figures it would be massively appreciated. We will be looking to potentially employ 3-5 staff on a mainly part-time basis. I'm currently populating my excel sheet for the year 1 cash flow forecast prior to applying for start-up funding. Bear in mind of course that the UK Real Living Wage has since increased to £9.90 (£11.05 in London).
