I can't seem to reconcile using my personal bank account

Hi All. This is my first year as a Sole Trader and I am in the process of changing from a personal to a business bank account. Trying to reconcile my Crunch Free transactions with my personal account is proving difficult. Crunch (naturally) does not recognise any of my personal transactions. Also it keeps telling me my start balance is wrong but I've double checked that the bank balance I am inputting for the first month of trading (November 2020) is correct.
What am I doing wrong, please?
