Investor question (originally posted in Seedrs):
Having read through the Investor Deck, it gives a lot of information about Crunch, what Crunch offers and the potential growth the company is facing. What I can’t find any information on is what kind of return I can expect as an investor (apart from some “Crunch Coins”). Are you planning to issue dividends to shareholders? What kind of exit strategy do you predict for investors?
Our answer:
The company foresees a 3 to 5-year program of growth with a potential series A issue before we contemplate the next step.
We do not envisage issuing dividends, instead, we will reinvest all monies back into the business.
Given the unique nature of Crunch being one of the very few software and service players in the market with it’s own platform and considerable operational knowhow (our IP), we expect there will be a number of approaches in 3 years time where we can assess offers.
