Q: I want to include my bank details on invoices generated on Crunch. However, my bank account name is different from my business name, and it's not clear how to change the bank account name so it appears correctly on the invoice. Is there a simple way to do this?
A: The ability to update the Bank Account name to reflect your personal name and not your sole trade name is something we're currently working on.
In the meantime, you can untick 'Include bank account details' on the invoice.
Tick 'Include note' and you can add in your bank details, including the correct account name into this section. We'll let our clients know when the above functionality is live.
