Hi,

Is it possible to add a feature so when you scan a receipt on the Snap app you can select what category it falls under and the VAT rate. I know the app tries to work it out but 9 times out of 10 it puts ‘Entertaining’ which is always wrong.

Where is the link on the website to the App store for the Crunch app as seen on the home page of the site please?

Are you referring to the image of a mobile phone on the home page? It is not an app per se.

Well I checked with Crunch and they admitted that the image could appear to be an app, however they don’t offer an app.

It is just the fact that the software is so straightforward that it can be used on a mobile phone.

Hope that clarifies it.

I got the same issue all the time.

It makes the app worthless.

I have to pay for the app
If I forget to check, I might lose VAT tax benefit from expenses
It’s time-consuming because I have to check and amend on the dashboard

I suggest Crunch makes the app free until it has a real value.
