Hi Philln - the best thing to do would be to set up a dummy bank account and record it as having been paid out of this. There’s no need to reconcile that dummy bank account - but if you did want to, creating a dummy CSV to upload will work. You’d need to make sure it includes the date of transaction, description, amount in/out and balance.
For the balance, just pretend the account starts at £0.00 and work it out from that.
