In case anyone else has a similar query, hereās what to do:
To amend an opening bank balance, you would need to unreconcile any matched entries and delete all uploaded statements associated with this bank account. You donāt need to delete any expenses, invoices or other entries you created in Crunch, just the bank statements.
To do this, please click the āmoreā menu when viewing the account on the Accounts and Cards page. Then select āView reconciled transactionsā. You can then unmatch all the reconciled entries and go back to the āmoreā menu to āView statementsā. Once you click Options > Delete on this statement, you should be able to amend the opening balance and upload a new statement with the correct balances (or reconnect the bank feed).
