Hi,
I’ve been using Crunch free for the past 12-18 months and have just submitted my tax return with them.
I’ve logged on today to try to create a new invoice but the system seems to think that I’ve not created a business address. When I input my business address it gives me an error and won’t let me go any further - meaning that I cannot access any of my invoices or create new ones.
I’ve tried a different browser with the same result.
Can anybody advise on what I should do as crunch do not provide support for the free account seven when the issue is with their system (apparently).
