Hi there, I’ve recently setup a Crunch account for a new business. There are only 3 entries on the banking so far, but after connecting to Revolut business nothing was pulling through. Looking at previous discussions the recommendation seems to be to cancel the feed, import a CSV statement then reconnect the feed.
I’ve tried this, but even the CSV import won’t work, giving the error “5 statement entries have errors and won’t be imported”. There are only 3 entries on the CSV? I’ve even tried manually changing the CSV to remove all fields that should be ignored, but just get the same result?
