Bank feeds and statements not working

Hi there, I’ve recently setup a Crunch account for a new business. There are only 3 entries on the banking so far, but after connecting to Revolut business nothing was pulling through. Looking at previous discussions the recommendation seems to be to cancel the feed, import a CSV statement then reconnect the feed.

I’ve tried this, but even the CSV import won’t work, giving the error “5 statement entries have errors and won’t be imported”. There are only 3 entries on the CSV? I’ve even tried manually changing the CSV to remove all fields that should be ignored, but just get the same result?

Thanks for the reply. This is the very first time Ive tried to upload a statement. I’ve double checked though and it says “No statement uploads to display”.

The error message when trying to upload one says:

Statement import summary

3 statement entries found

x 5 statement entries have errors and won’t be imported

Apologies that you’re experiencing this problem. Ensure that any emojis or special characters are removed and double check the headers for each column are correct and then try this again.
