Uploading CSV statement for Savings Space

I have uploaded my own CSV format statement, following the guidance, for the Savings Space in my account (because this is not picked up by the banking link). I have checked that all the entries are showing but I am still prevented from reconciling due to an error message saying that there are entries missing. All of the entries that are showing as having been uploaded match all of those in my account and none appear missing. I am stuck. Any ideas?

It could be erroring as it might be looking for entries to tally up so could be a gap in the statement.

Thanks, Alexandra! I have tried all permutations of the account, including, in desperation, uploading one that has absolutely everything on it, but to no avail. Still the message tells me that there are missing entries. Given that it’s just a savings space, and my own records tally, I may just save myself some grief and ignore it.
