Hi Mike. I am aware you’re in discussions about your software start date with our team and that they’re helping you with this.
For users new to Crunch, the software period dates are automatically set to the start of the company’s current accounting year (or the start of the current tax year for sole traders). This prevents our clients from having to do any extra work inputting data for previous years which they may have already filed or recorded elsewhere.
