Personal Training Classes - How to record sales?

I run personal training classes where random numbers of clients attend and pay a small cash (or card) fee to take part. I also make a small number of sales of things like magazines and nutrition bars. Whilst I record sales I don’t issue invoices to each clients and I have hundreds of clients, many of whom might only come once in a while.
How do I record my sales in Crunch? Creating an invoice for each salewould be rediculous, as would entering every client!
Any ideas?
