I’m a new Crunch Free user and set up my account with the deposit sum in the bank, I now realise I should have set it up with £0 and add a matching deposit as I get a “There’s an issue with your balance” message. I can’t seem to fix the opening balance as the system obviously has a audit history with my original sum..
I have watched the videos, and used the bot and can’t find a fix. I obviously needs human intervention to correct my initial error.
Can someone in Crunch adjust the opening bank balance amount or give me a nudge how to fix this issue
