Hi,

It isn’t possible to integrate Stripe, Paypal or GoCardless with the Invoices sent with Crunch?

I mean have one button on the Invoice to make it quick and easy for clients to pay.

I’m new and still discovering the Crunch app, but don’t have found any way to integrate other software to add on Invoices.

Currently, this isn’t an option. However, integrations it’s a feature we’re planning to add.

I’d recommend keeping an eye on our monthly newsletters for updates on new features as they’re released.

hello, katie my question?is how and where to collect cash when the invoice is paid.(how to access cash)like insistence where the third party is accept for there service, how can that be settled with crunch expense management app or is there any method that i can access funds on my traveling expense.

Hi Walukaga,

If you use a third party to manage your payments, for example, Shopify, they’ll receive the funds and then you’ll need to transfer this to your business bank account.

In Crunch, you’ll record a Client Payment to represent the money that has been deposited into your bank.

My apologies, I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking.

Do you mean you need to know how to record payments you’ve made for travel costs?
Or are you asking how to record money you’ve withdrawn from your bank account to pay for your travel?

Crunch’s software is for bookkeeping only. You can send invoices to your clients and record payments, but it can’t be used to make or receive payments directly.
