Yes, you can use your own invoice template outside of your Crunch account if you prefer. However, you’ll still need to create invoices in Crunch too. These would be purely for bookkeeping purposes so you can record payments from your client.
There is an option to attach a file while creating your invoice, so you could attach the version you sent your client for reference.
