Rechargeable Expenses

Is there a way for the date of the rechargeable expense to be included on the invoice to the client? Typically, I would claim for these in date order, with the date of each expense shown on the invoice. Is this possible?

JuneK You’ll be pleased to hear that this is possible 😃

When you select ‘Add rechargeable expense’ when creating a new invoice, it’ll appear as a new line item with the option to ‘Include expense details’ - simply check this box and it’ll be presented on the invoice along with the date.

Can you sort by date/will it sort expenses by date naturally?

JuneK Good question!

I think they’d need to be loaded in date order for it to show as such, I don’t think it does it automatically by newest/oldest automatically I’m afraid 🙁 but I could be wrong… hopefully I am on this occasion 😆
