Invoice preview not working on safari

When I try to view any invoice on screen in a Safari Browser it does not work, has never worked, there seems to be a bug. It merely has “Loading PDF” in the top right hand corner. Is there fix?

Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with this.

Could you let me know if you’re using our Classic or Beta invoicing, please? Do you have the same problem in both versions?

Have the same issue, invoices and PDFs don’t render on screen, very frustrating.

Issue still has not been resolved, in the Beta version of the software, I use a Mac and Safari. Any Ideas why this is not working?

FYI I have worked on this for a few hours and it seem to be an issue with safari blocking popups for Crunch. Changed it to Allow and it now works. I would never have thought it was a pop up as there is no separate screen piping up in front of the main screen, but that’s what seems to be the issue.
