Invoicing emails

I’ve been using Crunch Free to complete my invoicing for a couple of years now and it’s been really good.

However I’v just tried to issue a supplementary invoice to a customer and when I went to ‘issue and email’ it, this option is now ‘greyed out’ and I’m presented with a message which states - ‘Upgrade to customise emails.’

This has never happened before. I’ve always been able to bespoke my emails to individual customers. Could anyone explain what has happened and how to rectify this situation?

I’m pleased to hear that Crunch Free has been working well for you. We’re continuing to offer our software completely free but have made the decision to include some of our more advanced software features only in our paid software and service packages.

Be assured, you’ll still be able to keep your Crunch Free account for as long as you like, and can still create, issue and email invoices directly to your clients. However, only with the default email message supplied.

If you need to customise the email body content you can download your invoice to send directly from your own email. Alternatively, take a look at our packages to see how we could help you and your business. We’ve a range of services to suit your needs which all include full access to our software and unlimited expert advice from our accountants.
