Hi Simon,
The option to delete one of the payments is greyed out, but the other one does allow you to remove it.
Of the two payments recorded on 01/07, the one that is currently allocated to an invoice will allow you to delete it. This is the same for the payments on 06/05.
If you’re having trouble seeing this, I’d recommend giving us a call and your Dedicated Client Succes Manager should be able to walk you through it.
