Automatic uploading of data from PDF invoices

My service company (which uses Crunch) gets all of its invoices self-generated from a single Umbrella co. which I then have to manually replicate in Crunch.

Is there (or could you make) an easier way to upload these invoices into Crunch, for example:

by having the Umbrella company generate some form of “load file” for Crunch so that the data can be incorporated into Crunch without manually generating invoices each time;
by uploading the PDFs and Crunch taking the data from them and generating the invoices directly from those PDFs.
