Automatic late payment reminders

Are automatic late payment reminders still a thing in Crunch Free?

This help article implies that it is, but I’ve followed the instructions and it’s not appearing as an option for the client I’m editing. I remember it being a useful feature, but it seems to have vanished!

Hi TeaKayB,

Yes, automated payment reminders are still available to set up. However, to access this feature you’ll need to make sure you are using Classic Invoicing.

When on your sales page, please use the toggle at the top to switch to Classic.
