Phantom "Test" Bank Account Entries

Has anyone else found “rogue” bank account statements in their statements that are downloaded by Crunch automatically?

I have a statement in Crunch with 3 transactions all called:
TEST from DevelopmentEnvironment Service : On ToDate - 15 days : consistent tx id

I went straight to the bank account, concerned that it had been compromised, but this data exists only in Crunch.

If this is as it appears, data from the test and development system has been applied to my production accounts.

Interested to see if it is only me or if there is a widescale issue. The data on the transactions is 8th June but the file was applied on 24th June.
