If you have invoices from this tax that were issued and paid before you started with Crunch, you’ll need to backdate this information in our software. We’ve tons of guides available in our help centre, that’ll show you how to get started.

We don’t actively monitor the activity in your Crunch account, however, your Client Success Manager is always ready to help. They can answer questions or review what you’ve recorded any time you need them to. They can also arrange to give you a guided tour of the software and talk you through how to use it. Just give them a call or a quick email to arrange this.
