JP79 I have submitted an invoice but my client wants me to change how the services are described. This doesn’t appear to be possible once the invoice has been issued. Any suggestions?
Katie Hi JP79, Once an invoice has been issued, it can’t be edited. If you need to make amendments you’ll need to credit note the current invoice and create a new one. How to raise a credit note All the best, Katie
