Your Income Tax has not been calculated yet for 6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024

Hi,
as of today, 8/11/2024, my tax has not been calculated.
I tried to reach HMRC by chat, but regardless of what I wrote, they said no adviser was available to answer my questions.
Is anyone else in the same situation and what could I do to speed up the process?

Hi Giorgio,

Have you already filed a Self Assessment for the 23/24 tax year? Depending on how long ago this was submitted, HMRC may still be processing this.

If you filed more than a couple of months ago you can try calling HMRC on 0300 200 3310 to see if they can provide an update.
