I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your reconciliation.
I think I see the transaction you’re referring to, but I’d like to check that I understand the problem correctly before we begin investigating it.
- On your imported bank statement in Crunch, there is one payment that appears twice.
- You’ve confirmed with your bank that only one of these payments is genuine and the other is a duplicate.
- Your statement was imported automatically into Crunch via Open banking
Please let me know if this is correct.
Fortunately, there is quite a simple fix for this problem. However, I’d appreciate you letting our Product team take a quick look before we remove it, so they can try and prevent it from re-occurring.
