Title says it all, really. Interested in hearing from anyone who has a cafe or similar using Crunch, and your opinions.
I used to use Crunch when I was a freelance contractor and it was great then. I now run a cafe and switched to Crunch as I wasn’t enormously happy with my previous accountant. I’m starting to regret making the switch. Crunch just feels too geared towards B2B than B2C and I’m having to do things that feel ‘hacky’ to bend Crunch to do things that were straightforward in Xero and Freeagent. I am seriously thinking of just going back to my old accountants before I go too far down the road of trying to import all my old data from the year to date.
If you’re using Crunch without any problems for your cafe or B2C business, it would be good to hear how you’ve managed to do it, especially if you were using Xero or Freeagent previously.
