Cannot issue invoice

I reported this by email already; but I wanted to see if other users were impacted.

I tried to issue a new invoice yesterday, by duplicating an existing one (raise similar invoice).
I could not. I reported the issue yesterday, and tried to issue invoices again this morning - it is still not working…

A few issues happened:

after duplicating the invoice, previewing it did not work. The page showed “Loading PDF” and nothing. I had to refresh the page for the PDF to load
the initial invoice had a VAT rate of ZERO. The resulting invoice had standard rate (20%)! I was able to edit that back to ZERO.
issuing the invoice does not work. I get an error. I just want to issue; no emails.
trying “issue and email” show a side panel with the email draft. There is clearly a mistake in the subject of the email. Looks a jinja template (see variable)

I’d love to show images but It does not look like this forum allows image uploads…

Anybody running into similar issues?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble issuing your invoice. Please be assured, the team received your email and are looking into this for you.

Regarding point 4, when selecting the “Issue and Email” option, the invoice number will display as {{invoice_number}} as the invoice is still in a draft format. Once you click to issue and send, the invoice number will be generated and populated in the subject line.
