I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble issuing your invoice. Please be assured, the team received your email and are looking into this for you.
Regarding point 4, when selecting the “Issue and Email” option, the invoice number will display as {{invoice_number}} as the invoice is still in a draft format. Once you click to issue and send, the invoice number will be generated and populated in the subject line.
