I am trying to set up a recurring card payment for the £4 VAT functionality. None of my cards are being accepted despite them being ok everywhere else. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how was it resolved? Many thanks.

Yeah I’ve seen this come up a couple of times before. If your cards are working everywhere else, it’s usually not the card itself but how the payment is being processed on Crunch’s side.
A few things worth checking: sometimes it can be as simple as small input issues (expiry/CVV mismatch), or the card not being authorised for certain online/UK transactions—even if it works elsewhere . Also, some business or prepaid cards can get rejected by subscription/recurring payment systems.
In my case, it turned out to be easier just to contact Crunch support directly—they can actually see why the payment is failing on their end and fix it pretty quickly. Their help team is generally pretty responsive according to their docs .
So yeah, I’d double-check details first, maybe try a standard debit/credit card if you haven’t already, and if it still fails just drop support a message—they’ll likely sort it faster than trial and error. @wheelie life
