I’m trying to locate the correct account for you, but having a little trouble.
It looks like you used to have a Crunch Sole Trader Pro subscription, but this was closed, and you have a Crunch Free Sole Trader account instead. Is that correct?
I checked the Crunch Free Sole Trader account that was linked to the email address you use for this forum, but there was no information recorded.
