MTD for Income Tax - first ever quarterly submission

I’ve just submitted my first quarterly update to HMRC. Everything appeared to work, and I got a popup saying my submission had been successful… but nothing has changed in my MTD dashboard. The button still says ‘Quarter 1 - review and submit’, and if I click it, I can go in and submit again (although I haven’t!).

How do I know it’s actually worked? And where can I see a record/audit of successful submissions? Thanks!

I’ve just checked with our team, and they confirmed your filing does appear to have been filed successfully.

We’re just working on a resolution for feeding back the right info from HMRC to update the Q1 tile from ‘Review & Submit’ to ‘filed’.

Hopefully this won’t take too long, and you’ll see the details update, but for now, there is nothing more for you to do.
