Credit Card Statements

HI All
I uploaded a credit card statement and on the CSV made the opening balance zero against the first entry by adding a new column (it didn't download in the CSV from the credit card statement).
However it seems to have confused Crunch on two fronts.
I think I might need to make the opening balance on its own line.
And also Crunch is adding up (rather than seeing entries as minus amounts) as they look positive.
I can see a 'delete' statement option but that will not allow me to delete my upload. It isn't grey, it just doesn't work when clicked.
So Crunch is asking me to reset the opening balance which won't be the correct zero amount.
Stuck!
Anyone else had this issue or knows how I can reset and start the credit card reconcilation on the right foot?

Just to check we are looking at the right account, are you using the same email address to log into Crunch Free as the one you have registered here with?
