Hi, so completed my 1st year with Crunch Sole Trader Monthly, can you confirm how i can extract all information for sales and expenses, profit/loss etc for starting my S/A?, thanks.

Congratulations on completing your first year with Crunch!

In the top tight corner of your account, you should see your name (next to the ( ? ) button) so click this and go to ‘Settings’.

You’ll then see ‘Export your Crunch data’ at the bottom of the ‘Your Business’ section.

thank you, ok another question please - may sound a bit dim, but i’m used to dealing with kashflow software.On the S/A Form to fill in, first section says “gross income” then “expenses to be claimed” - by gross income can i assume this is my sales turnover figure?, as i’d then add my expenses figure, the difference between these being my income of course.

You’re correct. Turnover is sometimes referred to as gross ‘revenue’ or ‘income’.

As you’ve mentioned already, this is different to profit, which is a measure of your earnings 😀
