Hi, it would be convenient to be able to update the account login details oneself (email and password). At the moment, there seems no way to do this in the account, other than using the ‘Forgot password?’ link or emailing Support to request email change. I know it doesn’t need doing often but that’s normally a fairly basic function to be able to manage oneself.
Also, I always had trouble with the automated bank feed not pulling through transactions connected to Starling Bank. Several times I reset the feed connection or followed advice by manually uploading a statement to ‘prompt it’, but eventually I gave up and just manually upload statements for now.
